The builder of the Fire Chief who lived in Massachsetts was a good old boy who worked in his dad's shop. He and his dad built the car maybe 15-20 years ago (1985?) for parades and driven once or twice a year. The authentic Fireman's hat from the period sits on the driver's seat. It has an original monocle windshield. The fire axe, hand wound fire siren, search light, rear oil lamps, big brass bell, and fire extinquisher add to the ambiance.
The fire chief was purchased and moved to Oregon to be on display at the fire station in Stayton, OR for their 911 memorial.
I fell in love with the car, bought it and moved it here to Dayton. We will hopefully participate in the local Centerville July 4th parade as an annual event.
