Guidelines for planning and cooperation

Planning

There is no need to plan. We’ll know when we are there when we’re there.

We say “I'm sure it will all work out in the end”

Cooperation

Cooperation only means having a shared goal. Providing assistance and support is optional.

We say “I will only do what I believe is necessary”

Negotiation

Ignore proposals or respond unhelpfully - a suggestion is an unwanted provocation.

Despite this, we say " I prefer a negotiated process"

Communication

Checking back is an intrusion. Keeping others up to date is done on a need-to-know basis.

We say “We have it under control to our mutual satisfaction. We’ll keep you all informed of any outcomes”
