Leases

Unit owners may transfer or lease their units subject to the following requirements.

• 1. No unit shall be rented for any period of less than six (6) months.

  2. An approved lease form or addendum may be required by the Association,

  3. All leases shall provide that the right of the lessee to use and occupy the unit shall be subject and subordinate in all respects to the provisions of the Declaration By-laws and Rules and Regulations.

  4. Unit owners are responsible for the actions of their tenants, whether such action cause damage to the common elements or the unit, or involve a violation of the Declaration, By-Laws, or Rules and Regulations of the condominium.

  5. A unit owner who leases his unit shall, promptly following the execution of any such lease, forward a copy of thereof to the Association.

  6. All absentee owners are required to promptly notify the Association of their new address and phone number.
