Book of Resolutions
All resolutions passed by the Board of Directors are collected in the Book of Resolutions. The four types of resolutions are policy, regulatory, special, and general resolutions. Recently passed resolutions include those related to handling formal complaints, collection of money owed to the association, and due process procedures for rule violations.
