INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILING CA/I.A/R.A BEFORE THE ADMINISTRATOR GENERAL OF
ANDHRA PRADESH, HIGH COURT BUILDINGS, HYDERABAD, AP
FOR GRANT OF LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION/ SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE

 

 

Details required for filing of CA under Sec.29 of the Administrator General Act 1963 as amended by the Administrator General Amendment Act No.34 of 1999

 

1.       Affidavit of the Applicant on Rs.10/- Non Judicial Stamp paper. The particulars to be furnished by the Applicant are as follows:

 

a)       Full particulars of the deceased, his/her occupation/service and last known address.

b)       Particulars of all the Legal Heirs of the deceased – Name, age, occupation and address.

c)       Claim particulars of movable, immovable, etc., assets left behind by the deceased by filing original documentary proof of the same.

 

2.       In case the Legal Heirs of the deceased have no objection for the grant  of CA in favour of the Applicant, to file consent affidavit on Rs.10/- Non Judicial Stamp paper.

 

3.       Two Third Party affidavits of responsible persons in support of the Applicant claim by giving details of their acquaintance, knowledge etc., on Rs.10/- Non Judicial Stamp paper.

 

4.       Whether it is applicant’s other legal heirs giving consent or the third parties they have to file proof of any of the following:

 

          Ration Card / Voter Electoral Card / Passport / Service Proof (with photo identity)

 

5.       Original documents to be filed relating to the claim, mobable and immovable assets of the deceased. Also documentary evidence (Share Certificate/Sale Deeds / Payment made towards house properties/ rents/ water charges, power charges etc.)

 

6.       Prayer petition under Sec.29 of the Administrator General Act, 1963 with Rs.2/- Court Fee Stamp.

 

7.       Vakalat of the counsel with Rs.12/- plus Rs.5/- CF Stamp

 

8.       All affidavits have to be filed on Ledger paper plus one copy and one copy extra to each respondent.

9.       Bata Rs.25/- towards each respondent.

 

10.     In case the Court issues notice to any authority institution, department of the Government, local authority, etc., bata of Rs.25/- to be deposited towards the same.

 

11.     After the judgment is pronounced Court Fee has to be paid in cash under the relevant Head of Government Account and in accordance with the Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act 1956.
