4.       CONCISE STATEMENT:

i).       The applicant is the absolute owner and title holders of land admeasuring _______________.  The extent of the land grabbed by the respondents i.e _________., is fully described in the schedule hereunder and a rough sketch is also annexed hereto and hereinafter referred to as the application schedule land and the same is herewith filed as Doc. No. 1.

iv).     The respondents herein have no manner of right whatsoever over the application schedule land.  The respondents, without any legal entitlement and with a view to take illegal possession, have together grabbed the application schedule land for the first time on dt. __________ and finally on __________. The respondents, having so grabbed the land, illegally raised structures in the part of the land in Sy. No. _______ beloning to the applicant i.e., the application schedule land. The respondents grabbed the land with a criminal intent to make unlawful gain.  The respondents have thus committed the act of grabbing within the meaning of A.P Land Grabbing (P) Act, 1982.  The respondents are liable to be evicted from the application schedule property. The applicant, being the rightful owner, is entitled for possession of the said land. The applicant is also entitled to claim damages of Rs._______ from the respondents for their illegal occupation.  Hence, this application.

5.       CAUSE OF ACTION :

The above facts constitute cause of action for application, which specifically arose for the first time on ________ and lastly on ____________ when the respondents illegally grabbed the application schedule land ________________ without any lawful entitlement and with a view to take illegal possession.  The application is therefore within time.

6.       JURISDICTION :

The application schedule land is situated at ______________.  The market value of the schedule land is Rs. _______/-  (i.e., @ Rs. _______/- per Gunta equivalent to Rs. _______/- per Sq. Yds.).  Hence, this Hon’ble Court has jurisdiction to take cognizance of the application.

7.       VALUE OF THE LAND : (Whether there are any houses or structures on the land; to whom they belong; how they were acquired; market value of the land).

                   The respondents illegally raised structures _________________ which belonged the applicant.

10.     PRAYER :

It is, therefore, prayed that the decree and judgment be passed as follows:

a). Respondents be declared as land grabbers within the meaning of  A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982.

b). Respondents be prosecuted and punished for committing the act of grabbing under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982.

c). Respondents be evicted from the application schedule land and the possession of the same may be delivered to the applicant.

d). The respondents each be directed to pay to the applicant Rs._____________/- towards damages.

e).  Cost of the application be awarded.

f).   Any other relief, which the applicant entitled, may be granted.
