This is a fun community event that is 100% staffed by volunteers so we won’t be able to do it without you! Funds raised at the Walkathon will be used to support a variety of programs and activities at Theuerkauf, including field trips, enrichment activities, classroom supplies, and library books. Thank you for your support!
The classroom with the Highest Participation will get a class celebration.
The Theuerkauf PTA spends about $70 per student each year.
Our goal is to raise $15,000 - that will cover our planned budget and allow us to increase the per student field trip allotment, and provide a small budget for Expect Respect student leadership activities. Start fundraising now!
Theuerkauf PTA encourages our local business community to join our Annual Walkathon! The funds raised from our t-shirt sponsors cover the production costs of providing shirts to all students and staff. We’ve put together a few additional sponsorship opportunities to help offset the expenses related to hosting this event.
The PTA is looking for food & prize donations for this year’s event. You can also drop off donations at the office (please address the package to the PTA). Thank you for your donation!

What to Expect at the Walkathon

Use tickets to purchase food and drinks.
Tickets will be sold at the event for $1/ticket.
Cash and checks accepted. Please write checks to Theuerkauf PTA, and small denomination bills are encouraged.

After doing all of those laps around the field, you’ll be ready for some tasty food. We will have pupusas, chicharrones, nachos, taquitos and hot dogs.
We’ll have something for everyone!
