PreSeason Outlook

The Bryce Harper watch continues (year 2). .

KC is continuing with the rebuilding process but look to have a solid hitting lineup and a pieced together rotation. Will that be enough to compete in the Southern division? A few questions need to be answered.

Some of the questions:

Will the rotation pan out after Sabathia?

Will Pineda be healthy and effective or was he a flash in the rookie pan?

Will Paulino finally emerge and be healthy in KC?

Will Hughes return to his former hyped prospect self?

Will Mike Minor stick in mlb rotation?

Will Ted Lily be the consistent Ted Lily?

Will Choo bounce back?

Will Kendrys Morales be healthy and return to his 2009 30 HR days?

If KC can get enough starting pitching we feel that we have a chance of being in the race through at least half the summer. The emergence of Bryce Harper could spark an offense but the big question mark is still the weak starting rotation behind off season free agent signee CC Sabathia.
