Philippines

We enjoyed ourselves in Cebu, in the Philippines. We stayed at the Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort. We went on a day trip to Bohol, where we saw the famous Chocolate Hills, which are giant hills covered with grass. At the end of the dry season they turn chocolate brown. When we were there they had a bit of green on them so they looked like mint chocolate hills! We also saw the Philippine Tarsier. This is the very small primate which is usually no bigger than an adult man's hand. They cannot move their eyes but instead can move their necks 180 degrees. They are a nocturnal animal so were fast asleep when we visited them at the Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary. We also enjoyed snorkeling off the coast in the Philippine Sea. We were the only passengers on the boat and were very spoiled as we had our own personal lifeguards! Enjoy the photos.
