The Selkirkshire

More Ranger ancestors arrived on "The Selkirkshire" 

Arrived Maryborough QLD 2nd December 1882 

Passengers: Ernest Ranger, his wife Ada

and sons Ernest, 6 years and Leslie 5 years          

Even more Ranger ancestors had previously arrived on the "Alfred"

arriving Sydney 16th January 1839

Passengers: James Ranger, his wife Hannah

Children: Samson 18, Harriet 14, Hannah 12, Mary Ann 10,James 5, Herbert 3

This family was the earliest of the Ranger  family to arrive in Australia

they had been relocated from the Parish of Beckley  in the Rye Union

Dallam Tower

Walter Howard Ranger & his wife Hannah (Annie) arrived with their

two children, Walter George, and Annie on the "Dallam Tower' in 1883

Morayshire

 The Milgate family arrived in Australia on 19th January 1939. They left England aboard the Juliana which was wrecked off Mouille Point Cape Town

They continued their voyage on the "Morayshire" and the Mary Hay

PASSENGERS: Thomas Milgate and spouse Mary Milgate nee Ranger

Children were: James, Jane Jemima, Eliza Mary, Sarah Maria, Esther Keturah, Lydia Matilda, Spencer Samuel.

Additional Meurer Ancestors arrived in Victoria on the "Donald Mackay ". Arriving 1859

Passengers: Wilhelmina Meurer 46, wife of Christian Frederick Meurer who arrived previously on the Merlin,

Children: Wilhelmina Louisa 19, Otto, and sister Louisa both aged  11 years

More Meurer Ancestors arrived in Victoria on The "Merlin" Arriving  in 1855

Potosi

 The Bargh Ancestors arrived in Victoria on "The Potosi " arriving April 1883 

Passengers: Thomas Miller Bargh, his wife Charlotte 

Children: John Munro, Robert Munro, Margaret, Annie Craig, Thomas, Mary, Charlotte, Jeanie, Ellen

The Heintz (Heinz) Ancestors arrived in Sydney on The "Wilhelmsburg" Arriving 19th September 185

Passengers: Philip Heinz

Philip's Wife, Appolonia Heinz

Children:   Margaretha Heinz, Eva Heinz, Johann Heinz, Philip Heinz.

The Kramer family had also arrived on the Wilhelmsburg on the same voyage. This is where Johann first met his future partner Lucy Fischer, nee Kramer

The family consisted of Casper (Kasper) and his wife Gertrude with Lucy, Gertrude, Frederick, & Phillip. Both John and Catherine were born later in Australia

The Gledhill Ancestors arrived in Victoria on "The Commodore Perry" Arriving September 1857

Henry George Archdall arrived in Tasmania on the "Mary" on 27th December 1839.

Mervyn William Archdall (brother of Henry George) & his wife Abigail,nee Martin arrived in Tasmania on the Agricola"

On the 3rd of October 1841.

An unknown Mr. Archdale arrived in Tasmania on the "London" 3rd April 1839
