Activity - What is the teacher doing? What are the students doing? What is the hook? Describe the direct instruction, guided practice and independent practice. How did the teacher check for understanding?

Describe all classroom procedures you see
Comment on the rapport the teacher has with his or her students (recall lecture from week 1 and 2).
Lastly, look for aspects of quintessential adolescent behavior. How are these behaviors handled by the teacher?
