This 8 session course is designed to provide you with the essentials of being an excellent presenter of fact during a trial. Whether the facts are videos, audios, images, depositions - whatever the data - being able to present the evidence in a compelling, efficient and professional manner can win your case. The 8th session will be devoted entirely to the new version of Trial Director called Trial Director 360 by Ipro. However, all along the way, as we explore Trial Director 6.8, comments will be made as to how the new version is the same or different. The two versions of the software are very similar and if you learn Td 6.8 nearly all your knowledge transfer to td360 with a few exceptions that we will cover for you.
Trial Director is a primary presentation tool for paralegals and attorneys who wish to make a dynamic and efficient presentation of the facts of any case. Trial Director 360 is an updated version that has all the same features as the previous version but does add some Case management tools that will be covered in some of our sessions.
During the sessions, we will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions. If we do not get to your questions during the one hour seminar, these will be answered in our Q&A pages on the menu to the left. There are previously asked questions and answers already posted on that page from previous particpants and we will review these as well as your questions and answers.
You will also learned the best practices regarding how to import the evidence into the Trial Director software and be told how to avoid the 'gotyas' that could make your work with Trial Director a disaster!
