Attend AIChE Conference and at least 2 breakout sessions Saturday morning. You must receive a stamp from conference organizers.
Prepare a report that summarizes conference "takeaways" and the breakout sessions attended. Include the following:
How did you participate in the conference?
Whom did you meet?
What did you learn?
Why does it matter?
Submit report to instructor by March 28. Send to c-raisor@tamu.edu. Show stamp card to instructor.
Tip: This report would be an effective "reflection" for your "Professional Development" or other tab in your ChemE-folio.
Conference Details
Texas A&M has been selected to host the 2014 AIChE Southwest Regional Conference on March 21-23, 2014. This conference will host over 180 students from over 10 chemical engineering departments from all over the states of Texas and Louisiana (t.u., Texas Tech, Rice, UH, Lamar, LSU, and many more).
