We used a power point presentation document from Google Docs. I created the document and shared with my colleagues, so we can all see what the others are doing, in order to have a complete document. Me and Diana, we finished our part of the project; also we included comments for our slides in an offline ppt document that is going to be sent to our colleagues together with formating specifications.
