in Spanish for one of the other students on your course, who was missing from class today, to let her know that the group are planning an outing. Include all of the following details:

– The class are going to go for a meal in a seafood restaurant tonight.
– They plan to meet at 7pm in the Plaza de Cataluña.
– Tell her to give you a ring if she is going and you will meet her.

(b) You have a summer job working as a courier in a campsite in Spain. Write a diary entry
in Spanish, using all of the following guidelines:
– You had a really busy day today – ten new families arrived at the campsite.
– Another new Irish student started work yesterday and seems very nice.
– The weather is very hot at the moment – almost too hot!
– You hope to travel to Valencia to do some shopping on your next day off.

— They plan to spend five days in Ireland next week.
— They bought the tickets this morning and will arrive at Dublin airport next Saturday
morning at 10.30am.
— They will hire a car at the airport and will come directly to the house.

b) You have just arrived in Valladolid to stay with your penpal. Before going to bed, you write
about your first day in your diary. Write your diary entry using all of the following guidelines:
— Mention two details about the journey.
— The family seem very nice – especially the older sister.
— The apartment is quite small but has beautiful furniture.
