*** FYI waiting to long to get training for yourself and your dog(s) can result in more than a few lessons. It's like waiting to long to get medical/dental help. PLEASE seek out a professional trainer/behaviorist as soon as the problems start. It is easier to correct problems/concerns as soon as they occur. Hire a professional trainer/behaviorist that will come to you and your choice of locations. Just having lessons in a building or in your home/yard/neighborhood is NOT real life training.  ***

  With 50 over years of experience in the canine world I bring a plethora of training techniques with me. I also bring multiple training items with me so we can try out what works best for you and your canine friend.  This allows me to customize my lessons to the specific needs of you and your canine friend(s). Methods used by such greats as Cesar Millan the “Dog Whisperer” style of human training/canine rehabilitation and Victoria Stilwell style of positive reinforcement (to mention a few) are all great methods. Let me show you how to apply the correct method for you and your canine friend to achieve the proper balance and a happy life together. People ask me "What is included in  your price?"  My answer is, everything you want to address in our lesson. Sound weird? First call me, we have a brief phone interview to see if we are compatible, if so we schedule a day/time for a lesson, you make a list of all your concerns and when we meet we address as much as possible in an hour. It takes 21 consecutive days for a new habit/pattern to form. If you are consistent and follow through you will see an improvement. All lessons are private, one on one, 60 mins in length, & 1st lesson is in your home.

       Traveling outside my regular service area a lesson can range from $300-$500 (depending on location) 

Board & Train (daily includes pickup and drop off at your home within 20 miles from Carnation) $150

Your dog and I work on what your problems are, and we visit various places daily. 

***Any type of aggression towards human or animals, will require weekly lessons.***

         MUST have driveway or front of house parking, no parking garages or parking lots.  

During the summer must have some shaded parking near your home. Or we can meet at a public park.

                         Want a package? Buy 4 private lessons get 1 FREE, must be paid in full at 2nd lesson (in order to get this discount). Training package and what it entails. Buy 4 lessons get the 5th free and we meet every week. All lessons are 60 minuets long. Our 1st lesson we discuss/work on everything on your list of concerns in/around your home/yard/neighborhood. Our 2nd lesson is 1 week after our 1st lesson and we review what we did the previous week.  Our 3rd lesson is 1 week after our 2nd lesson and we will meet at a public park (not dog park) or school with cover for bad weather. Our 4th lesson is 1 week after our 3rd lesson and we will meet at a shopping center. Our 5th lesson is 1 week after our 4th lesson and we will meet at a local trail. Whenever/wherever  we meet I bring my 3 dogs with me that we can use for distractions if needed, they DO NOT come for a play time with your dog(s). I also touch base on nutrition and equipment you are using. Sometimes the food/treats you feed and/or the collar/leash/harness you use can change a pup/dogs attitude. Cost of the package will depend on where you live, please call me to discuss your needs. My prices for private lessons are much lower than you would expect. I do not make appointments for new clients until we have our phone interview 1st! A phone interview does not mean you need to hire me nor does it mean I have to accept you as a new client. Both parties have the right to change their mind at anytime and no explanation is required.  *** There is no refund for this package deal if the 5 lessons are not completed within 6 weeks from our 1st lesson. Also there is no refund if you choose not to continue your lessons. ***

 ATTENTION the puppy package must be paid in full at our 2nd lesson. This will also lock you into our current price from your first lesson. Waiting longer than 7 days to make a decision for more lessons may result in starting over and a price increase. It is optimal to get your lessons within 1  week from each lesson for best results.

           *My prices include 30 days of FREE phone support, after each lesson, on topics we have been working on. 

I am not a Veterinarian and I cannot give you any medical advise.*

           Prices are for 1 dog. Other family dogs may require an extra fee for extra time. This fee will be discussed with our initial phone interview.

                           Severally aggressive dogs may incur additional fees or be referred to a different trainer/facility. 

Most problems can be corrected in 21 days, it is all up to you and how much time you put into your lesson time with your fur-kid. If you apply 10 minuets twice a day you will see fast results. I love dogs, any size, any breed, any age and I want to see all dogs get the help they need so their guardians/fosters/volunteers can understand them better and their behavioral issues and stay out of shelters.  

***** Changes in our lesson date/times. It is not always possible to make changes, because these are private lessons there are people scheduled before/behind you. Please be a wear that scheduling lessons more than 2 weeks apart can result in your dog(s) not getting the training you are seeking. It is YOUR responsibility to train your dog daily and to keep lessons active every week with me. I cannot be responsible for keeping up with your lesson changes and making sure you stay on track with your dog(s). *****

Price Listings for Board & Train plus Overnight Pet Care

MUST show current, with 48 hours, that a fecal test was done and is negative for ANY parasites. 

 This service is for my current clients, you MUST be a training client of mine within the past 2 months. If you think you might need this service contact ASAP Space is limited!

        Board & Train with overnight Pet Care                 $100.00 per day

(this must be booked 4 weeks in advance and also depending on availability)

*Refund policy: 2 weeks (14 days) notice is required for a full refund, 1 week (7days) notice is required for a 50% refund, no refund will be given if under 7 days notice*

          HOLIDAY RATES for pet care: in addition to my regular rates $100.00 will be added to the following days. New Years Day,  Martin Luther King Day,  Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

 All prices for lesson and/or pet care are cash only, no credit cards, no checks no Venmo type payments accepted, and must be paid at time of lesson and upon 1st day of board & train plus overnight pet care. 

Training lessons that include anyone under the age of 18 MUST have an adult present at ALL lessons. I do not train children, even with parent present, under the age of 12. I will teach parent and then it is parents obligation to teach the child. If a person is older than 18 they must prove to me to be responsible enough to follow directions and practice the lessons at home. If for any reason any person (child) is disruptive to our lesson time together or does not do their homework with training it is within my right to refuse any further lessons/interactions.
