This is my general Help Desk site that will include information about tools and other instructional support resources that I don't have in one of my other Help Desk sites. - SWQ

I gave your students my contact information on the green half-sheet if they have any individual questions. I’m not sure I told them to please make sure the subject line on e-mail is clear that they are in your class, they are working on portfolios or they are using Google Sites so I will be sure to open their message. Please share that with your students. (I get so many e-mails as part of the bbsupport group and I can’t tell which are specifically for me and which are for the whole group. I admit that I’m not good at checking e-mails throughout the day, and I don’t always look at the messages with a vague subject like “I need help”. By the time I check mail, I assume that one of the others in the bbsupport group probably took care of those!)
Teaching and Technology Services
University Technology Services (UTS)
Law Center, Sub-level 1
700 Block Main Street, 1112 Greene Street
Enter the Law Center from the parking lot on Greene Street
As soon as you enter the lobby, turn to the right and go to the elevator
Go down one floor to “S1” (Sub-level 1)
Turn right through the double doors into University Technology Services (UTS)
Follow the signs to the Conference Room, Room 31.
The next door on the right is the hallway to Room 23; Room 23-A is the second door on the left.
They have recently installed elevators that will take you between the three levels. The middle level of the stairway is a semi-circular landing, which is Sub-level 1 of the Law Center. The entrance to UTS is between the two exterior elevators.
The tunnel, the stairs, and the fountain have been there for many years and it is a great way to get between the two sides of campus. The elevators are a nice addition. Trying to explain it to people, though, is almost impossible!
If you come the more traditional way - through the Law Center building - I can show you the new exterior elevator option when you get here!
From the Law Center Parking Lot on Main Street:
On the exterior of the Law Center, between the building and the parking lot on the corner of Greene and Main Streets, there is a large patio space. In the back of that area, you will see steps leading down toward the tunnel that goes under Assembly Street. (The tunnel will take you to between the old Coliseum and the new Business School on the other side of Assembly St.)
From the Coliseum / Business School:
You can go through the tunnel under Assembly Street, up to Sub-level 1 (which is technically at the Assembly street level), and then up one more level to the parking lot for the Law Center on Main Street - or the other way around.
From the street level of Assembly Street:
If you are walking up Assembly, there is an entrance into the Sub-level 1 level of the fountain stairway at a bus stop across the street from the Business School, near the church on the corner of Greene and Assembly.
University Technology Services (UTS), 1244 Blossom Street
There is a new reception desk when you enter UTS, which is located on the corner of Blossom and Sumter Streets. They will have you sign in and they’ll give you a swipe card. Come to the third floor, turn to the left and use the swipe card to come through that door into the hallway immediately outside Room 304.
