Find your "VIP ID" to log into Banner/SSC, go to https://my.sc.edu/vipid/

Your network username (Blackboard and USC Email)
List All the Sections of a Course in a Semester
Sign into Self Service Carolina (SSC) https://ssb.onecarolina.sc.edu
Click on the large [Faculty Services] button at the top
Click on Look Up Classes - Student View (second column, bottom row)
Search by Term = Fall 2014
Click [Submit]
Campus = USC Columbia
Subject = HIST - History
Click [Course Search] *
Scroll to find your course number and click on [View Sections] beside the course
This will give you a report of all the sections offered in the semester
* [Advanced Search] gives you a lot of other options for narrowing down the course you are looking for, such as the day of the week it meets, start and end time, etc. Remember that this is also what the students can see.
As the instructor, you can see more details such as Summary Class Roll (fourth column, second row) form the [Faculty Services] button.
Enter Grades in Self Service Carolina
Grades are entered on Self Service Carolina. I usually bring up Blackboard in one window and SSC in another window so I can see them both at the same time.
Here are instructions for entering grades on SSC.
Go to https://my.sc.edu
Click on the faculty/staff page
Click Sign in to Self Service Carolina to access academic information
Type in VIP ID and password
Click Final Grades (4th item down on the far right)
Select [Fall 2014] term and click submit
Select the course for which you are entering grades and click submit
Select the grade for each student from the drop-down menu
Click submit
