Sometimes you want to put your dory up on the beach, but you don't have either a dolly or the trailer. The solution is to either dead lift it, or get a set of beach rollers. You can use inflatable ones like these, and you need two, or a smaller less inflatable set.
It took three teenage girls to move this 250lb dory up the beach, but they did it.
I'd also advise pulling the rudder all the way out before moving the boat. If it falls on the rudder that may crack it.
I got mine from http://www.praktek.com/ You'll need a high volume pump as well because it's more air than most people's lungs have. Also pick up a patch kit as well because a sharp shell and your boat may still be high and dry!
