Wednesday, June 10 through Friday, June 12:

8:00am -- Registration / Check-in / Breakfast available / Loaner Guitar Check-out available first day

8:30am -- Check-in, tune guitars, warmup exercises

9:00am -- Morning Concert and Presentation

9:30am -- Ensemble Rehearsal 1

10:30am -- Ensemble Rehearsal 2 

11:30am -- Lunch (provided for all students) and practice time

12:30pm -- Ensemble Rehearsal 3

1:30pm -- Large Ensemble Rehearsal

2:30pm -- Afternoon Concert

3:15pm -- Dismiss for the day 

( Student check-out / parent pick-up by 4:00pm )

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday,  June 15 - June 17

8:00am -- Check-in / Breakfast available

8:30am -- Check-in, tune guitars, warmup exercises

9:00am -- Morning Concert and Presentation

9:30am -- Ensemble Rehearsal 1

10:30am -- Ensemble Rehearsal 2 

11:30am -- Lunch (provided for all students) and practice time

12:30pm -- Ensemble Rehearsal 3

1:30pm -- Large Ensemble Rehearsal

2:30pm -- Afternoon Concert

3:15pm -- Dismiss for the day ( Student check-out / parent pick-up by 4:00pm )

NOTE: Advanced Ensemble meets from 3:15 to 4:30 (after dismissal).

Thursday, June 18

8:00am -- Check-in / Breakfast available

8:30am -- Check-in, tune guitars, warmup exercises

9:00am -- Morning Concert and Presentation

9:30am -- Ensemble Rehearsal 1

10:30am -- Ensemble Rehearsal 2 

11:30am -- Lunch (provided for all students) and social activities

1:00pm -- Musical Expression with Student Writing, led by Dr. Joseph Palmer

1:30pm -- Afternoon Concert

3:00pm -- Award Ceremony and Group Photo

3:30pm -- Closing Reception

4:00pm -- Dismiss for the day ( Student check-out / parent pick-up by 4:30pm )
