The Summer Guitar Conservatory is FREE for students.

All students ages 11-18 with interest and talent can participate regardless of economic background.

We are asking that parents or guardians consider helping to cover the expenses for their student.

Meyerland PVA MS is covering the expense for rooms and LUNCHES. Thank you Meyerland PVA MS Administration and HISD!

The honorariums for our world-class guitar teachers, and other expenses (certificates, lunch on one day, etc.) are covered by individuals willing to contribute.

The cost per student is only $85 and that covers all instruction, awards and snacks. All funds raised go to the teacher honorariums and the material expenses.

The Summer Guitar Conservatory is organized by Guitar Initiative, Inc. a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting guitar education for young people. All donations are tax deductible and we will send you a receipt record for tax purposes.
