8:30am -- Registration / Check-in / Loaner Guitar Check-out

9:00am -- Opening Presentation (open to the public) 

9:30am --  Period 1:   Ensemble Rehearsal 1

10:30am -- Period 2: Ensemble Rehearsal 2

11:30am -- Lunch (provided for all students), Cafeteria, and social activities

12:30pm -- Period 3: Ensemble Rehearsal 3

1:30pm -- Period 4: Large Ensemble (Sectionals)

2:30pm -- FACULTY CONCERT:  David Manzanares-Salguero

3:10pm -- Dismiss for the day

* SPECIAL GUEST: Kyle Comer received his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Music Performance, from the University of Texas at Austin, under the tutelage of world-renowned American guitarist Adam Holzman. He has won various guitar competition awards in the U.S. and has performed for two U.S. Presidents.  Kyle was chosen as one of Da Camera’s "Young Artists" for the 2016 through 2018 seasons.   He also has a Master's Degree from Rice University.  

** Dr. Palmer's 2:30pm presentation could go over a little until 3:15, as at the end he encourages the students to talk about what they just heard and share ideas with each other.

                Student Showcase Concert

                Featuring: students playing their solos and small ensembles

9:30am -- Large Ensemble Rehearsal (on stage)

10:30am -- Classroom Rehearsals (groups rehearse on stage -- 10 minutes each)

11:30am -- Lunch (Cafeteria)

12:15pm -- Dress Rehearsal (groups rehearse on stage -- 10 minutes each)

1:15pm -- Change Break, open auditorium doors

1:30pm -- Final Concert, Auditorium (open to the public)

3:00pm -- Group Photo,  Recital Reception
