According to present electromagnetic theory, an unobstructed photon passing through space is not responsive to the electromagnetic phenomenon.
In this paper, I propose the above statement has not been correctly tested, and is a false assumption.
I propose that a photon passing an electrical discharge will deviate its path, because the electron/proton 'dance' of the discharge is an organized plasma that creates SubSpace filaments which is a cause of gravitational induction, and it is this that makes the photon deviate and hit the interferometer off-target.
It would likely that the majority of the polarized photon laser stream would be disrupted and not reach the inteferometer target, much like the canopy of a jungle interrupts most LIDAR photons from reaching the jungle floor.
