I've had a long and torturous journey with Solar Neutrinos. As I was forming my thoughts and researching back in the late '70's I came across Raymond Davis' neutrino research and the consequent two thirds missing solar neutrinos. I was thrilled! This result would fit my SubSpace Sun like a glove, because no neutrinos can travel through SubSpace. I was picturing a bowling ball painted with fluorescent paint, where the glow from the paint could only reach the observer from the side of the facing sphere, which would be approximately 1/3 of the glow. I included this observation in several of my early versions of my paper, including a prediction that, as data accrued, the image would produce a doughnut image, rather than a central glowing point. I took pains to graphically describe this with my explanation and descriptions.
I was completely wrong.
In 2001, it was revealed that there were three "flavors" between which neutrinos are able to oscillate. I was crestfallen, it completely took the wind out of my sails and seriously questioned if my whole premise was wrong. The results conformed with the formulae that seemed to support a fusion core very well.
I remained in this conflicted, uneasy limbo until 2012, when it was discovered that the Sun it perfectly round. I spent a year looking about me expecting to see if anyone else realized the profound ramifications of this discovery. It seemed no one did.
As I mentioned an earlier chapter in this paper, expecting a massive ball the size of the Sun to rotate without producing an equatorial bulge is magical thinking and violates basic tenants of angular momentum.
Reflecting on the neutrino clarification, I can only state that what the Photosphere is radiating has to be the root source of the Sun's energy and neutrino output. Below that is a thin solar shell consisting of some 12,000 miles in thickness of ever decreasing temperature is the Subspace boundary, likely consisting of matter in a super-cold superconductor state, belting out a horrifically monstrous magnetic field that supports the SubSpace bottle, the eloquent fusion core/neutrino results be damned.
