First Communion-2nd grade and up: First Holy Communion is generally received in 2nd grade. Your child should have been enrolled and attending our Faith Formation classes for 1 year prior to the sacramental prep year. For children contact Lisa Back at 517-902-7543. Reconciliation-2nd grade and up: First Reconciliation is to be received prior to First Communion. Your child should have been enrolled and attending our Faith Formation classes for 1 year prior to the sacramental prep year. For children contact Lisa Back at 517-902-7543. Continuing Reconciliation is celebrated on Saturdays at 3:30 pm in the church.
Convert Instruction: For the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and First Communion for Adults, the Order of Christian Initiation (OCIA) or sometimes referred to as conversion to Catholicism, contact Beth Padley at 517-403-1288.
Matrimony: Generally there is a period of nine months during which couples prepare themselves to receive this sacrament. Call our parish office for details and to schedule your wedding date. If either party has been previously married there is a required procedure that must be followed to obtain a Declaration of Freedom to marry again in the Catholic Church.
