Altar Society

All women of the parish are welcome to join in the Altar Society meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month at 12 noon (excluding January & February).  St. Joseph Shrine's Altar Society is an active group of ladies who meet in the Family Center on the second Monday of each month, at 12:00 PM, for fun and fellowship. We sponsor two Rummage Sales each summer, cook & serve funeral luncheons all year and purchase all items for the church altar needs.  In addition, we provide scholarships and donate to many worthy causes.  We would love to have your help with our many parish activities!!

Altar Society Scholarships

St. Joseph Shrine Altar Society is pleased to announce scholarships for the 2025-26 school year. A $250.00 scholarship may be awarded to primary or high school students attending a Catholic School. Students are eligible for the $250 award twice for primary grades K-8 and twice during high school grades 9-12.  Applicants must reapply to receive it the second time, but not in the same school year. These awards will be paid to the parent/guardian of the student and are not automatically renewable. Please complete the application, then email the completed application with attached documents to rosensjs@gmail.com or send documents to the Parish Office by December 1, 2025.
