Apology: I had perhaps a really nice site here, but later Google ruined it. I'm very slowing repairing the damage, but such nonsense is not what I prefer devoting my time to. You should be able to use the site, but some of the intra-page links, and maybe some other features, are now gone. I inserted a "Table of contents" in several pages.
Steve currently does finfet layout but has lots of experience in design.

Some years ago, Google changed their webpage format and broke many internal links and other aspects of this website. They are very slowly being repaired.
