Tips for Weight Control

This is my method for weight control. I realize it cannot work for everyone, but it seems that some frustrated people would find it effective:

    • Eat less.
    • If you're still gaining or failing to lose weight, eat less still.

It may be odd to say this, but there seem to be people with difficulty losing weight who would succeed with this method but have not tried it.

Objections to Eating Less

Won't Get Enough Protein & Nutrients

Most of our food is very low in protein and nutrients. If you remove soft drinks, refined grains, added sugar, and cream in coffee, you can eat fewer calories yet more nutrients than most people.

Hunger

I only raise this issue because hungry people have mentioned it when seeing me eating less than them. Hunger makes eating more enjoyable. Reasonable levels of hunger may cause more pleasure than suffering.
