Ramon's Ankle

New foster, Ramon, arrived from the Exotic Animal Auction on September 9th with an injury to his left front ankle area. We had UT Mobile Vet out to clean the wound and X-ray it. Turns out it does have a small fracture and will need to be cast as soon as we get the infection under control.

Right now Ramon is on antibiotics, pain meds and stall rest. He's being a pretty good patient.

UPDATE September 29:

UT Vet came out and cast little Ramon's ankle. He should be wearing that for three weeks.
