Alpacas
(chronologically from bottom to top - newest info/photos at the top)
Boyd, a registered alpaca, arrived on November 23, 2014
He is a 7 year old (DOB 9/15/2007) male gelding.
He arrived as a Foster critter, but we wanted him to stay with our herd.
(We changed his name from Denlyn's Ion)
UPDATE: Boyd left this world in December, 2017. He was 10 years old
(Mr. B passed in January, 2017 at 8.5 years old)
Sadly, Taffy passed away from the effects of his disease in July, 2012

Taffy and Mr. B after a much needed hair cut! (April, 2011)
After a few hours the next morning we let them mingle with our llamas. Everyone seems to be getting along perfectly!

Taffy (fawn colored) and Mr. B (brown) They are almost three years old.
We adopted two very sweet alpacas from the Southeast Llama Rescue in April, 2011.
Taffy arrived as a Special Needs animal as he has Meningeal Worm,
a parasite that attaches to the spinal chord and causes permanent nerve damage.
He walks with a very pronounced limp and will probably only get worse. There is no cure.
