4..His Master said that planets are mere indicators which transmit the positive and negative radiations. They are nothing but elements to obey the Cause-effect law of the universe. The actions done in the past bring forth their results at some time in the journey of a soul. Everything in the universe is interlinked. Every body follows here a certain rhythm.

"All parts of creation are linked together and interchange their influences. The balanced rhythm of the universe is rooted in reciprocity"... "Man, in his human aspect, has to combat two sets of forces; first, the tumults within his being, caused by the admixture of earth, water, fire, air, and ethereal elements; second, the outer disintegrating powers of nature. So long as man struggles with his mortality, he is affected by the myriad mutations of heaven and earth. "

"Astrology is the study of man's response to planetary stimuli. The stars have no conscious benevolence or animosity; they merely send forth positive and negative radiations. Of themselves, these do not help or harm humanity, but offer a lawful channel for the outward operation of cause-effect equilibriums which each man has set into motion in the past. "

This is what Dr.B.V.Raman stated in one his lectures that, "The Karma doctrine in a way is akin to Newton's third law of motion that action and reaction are equal and opposite; but applied to moral and mental realms of life. Whatsoever we are reaping today, we have sown in the past, may be in this life or lives previous." (address delivered at the Special Conference organised by the Astrologers' Guild of America, at Hostel Astor, New York, on 11-10-1959)

5..."A child is born on that day and at that hour, when the celestial rays are in mathematical harmony with his individual karma. His horoscope is a challenging portrait, revealing his unalterable past and its probable future results. But the natal chart can be rightly interpreted only by men of intuitive wisdom: these are few. "

With this part of the message His Master supports what the great Astrologers of today say that Astrology is a divine science and can be interpreted by man of exceptional intuition, which is the element of the soul and not that of Mind or brain. Those who have underwent some spiritual practices to develop spiritual powers are capable of developing their intuitions, which is nothing but the inner voice.

6..."The message boldly blazoned across the heavens at the moment of birth is not meant to emphasize fate the result of past good and evil but to arouse man's will to escape from his universal thralldom. What he has done, he can undo. None other than himself was the instigator of the causes of whatever effects are now prevalent in his life. He can overcome any limitation, because he created it by his own actions in the first place, and because he has spiritual resources which are not subject to planetary pressure." ..

"Proper remedial measures are recommended and no pre-ordination or predestiny is encouraged. All the important planets which are mutually influencing the earth and its phenomena, are simply indictors -... - of what a man is to enjoy or suffer as the result of his own actions in the previous birth or births with a freedom for the Jeeva or Aatma to overcome the evil and augment those results of the Karma for good by certain acts of the present birth and by certain sources of knowledge which might be acquired by proper initiation or by the determined efforts of a highly developed will power."

Also Dr. B.V.Raman said,"The man who suffers the effects is the man who generates the effects. If I think ill of others, I generate evil karma and I have to suffer the consequences of this evil karma. Therefore by controlling my thoughts I can regulate my Karma also. Karma is thus antithesis of Fatalism." (address delivered at the Special Conference organised by the Astrologers' Guild of america, at Hostel Astor, New York, on 11-10-1959)

So in all, if will power is made strong by spiritual practises, planetary limits can be surpassed.

...This message is similar to that what was written by Prof. B. Suryanarain Rao, the grandfather of Dr. B.V.Raman, in his Translation of "SriSarwarthachintamani" that -
