Tuesday, October 27th

Gibsons Farm Field Trip

Key Details for the Day:

• If you RSVP'd and realize you cannot come after all, please email or text us ASAP

• If your child is coming, but with another family, please let us know in advance as there are two forms we need completed for them. There is no Team SPIDER drop off for field trips.

• Siblings and extra adults are welcome, but will need to pay $30 each to attend if over the age of 2. Siblings will need to be directly supervised by their own parents.

• Please dress to be outside all day, regardless of weather. Pack a large lunch, water, and plenty of snacks.
  
  

Schedule for the day:

9:45am: Families arrive at Gibsons Farm for Welcome Circle and Show and Share

10am-2pm: Farm Fun! 

2pm: Head home

Thursday, October 30th

Skeena Lodge, Camp Byng

Please Bring:

• A garbage free lunch 

• A full water bottle

• Weather appropriate clothing

• A well fitted and safe bike and helmet to participate in biking! Please let us know ASAP if you need help sourcing or transporting a bike. 

Please don't Bring:

• Electronics

• Weapons (including toys)

Schedule for the day:

9:45: Tea, Welcome Circle, and Show and Share (arrive on time if you want to share!)

10:00 

Youngers (K-3): Musical Theater with Caitlin

Olders (Grades 3-6): Biking with Julia A well fitted and safe bike and helmet to participate in biking! Please let us know ASAP if you need help sourcing or transporting a bike. 

11:30 Lunch eating and playing

12:30

2:00 Clean up and head home

11:15 am:

12:15 pm-1pm: Lunch eating and play time

1:00 pm: Board Game Playing

2:00 pm: Clean up and head home
