Our mission: Save Humans and Protect Earth with Microbes by answering the mechanism
FMB.Lab at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) is a multi-disciplinary laboratory dedicated to developing efficient microorganisms and platform for the production of valuable chemicals, including biofuels, biomaterials, and biochemicals, from renewable resources. Our lab aims to be the world-class leading laboratory in Metabolic Engineering, Synthetic Biology, Systems Biology, and Biotechnology.
We are seeking enthusiastic undergrads as an intern, grad students (MS/PhD/Combined), and young post-docs in our lab!
"We are engaged in scientific research projects to achieve our goals using a variety of advanced tools, including systems metabolic engineering, microbiology, CRISPR genetics, automated strain development, Omics technologies, molecular biology, synthetic biology, and systems biology."
Established in 2010, our lab is committed to pioneering innovations in these fields.
