Mission

Smith County GIS Association is a nonprofit association of business professionals, educational leaders, and the citizens of Smith County who utilize geographic information systems and technology to not only find better ways to solve problems, but also to join in dialog with others who have an interest in GIS. We want this to be a resource to everyone working with, or interested in, Geography, Geo-Spatial Technologies, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Community outreach, Professional support, and Educational growth are priorities to us, and we encourage everyone to join us in learning more and contributing more to each other and our community.
