Biography

• Yuichi Ono is a Professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at University of Tsukuba in Ibaraki, Japan. He was employed as a CALL system manager at Center for Education of Global Communication (CEGLOC) (former organization: Foreign Language Center) in 2011.

• He worked as an English instructor at Oyama National College of Technology in Tochigi, Japan  (1995-2011).

• His research interests include Second Language Acquisition Theory (SLA), and Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (TELL). His interests include Educational Technology, Corpus-linguistics, and Psycholinguistics.

• He is currently a head of Kanto Chapter of the Japan Association of Language Education and Technology (LET) (2024.04 –).

• He is currently working as a chair of Learning Technology Learning Environment (LTLE) of IIAI-AAI (2014-).
