I asked all of my followers why the collect bobbleheads and together, we came up with a big fat list, with
the 41st reason being ...
"to surround yourself with miniature yes-men, whenever you need a daily affirmation of your own personal awesomeness."
This a short video I shot to describe how to determine what a bobblehead is worth by checking the historical sales transaction prices on eBay.
I also discuss the balance between supply and demand and how that works to determine price. Go Giants!
This a presentation I created to discuss the business aspects of why teams like my San Francisco Giants give away so many bobbleheads
during the course of the baseball season. In particular, I wanted to do some research to find out how promotions affect fan behavior,
how it enhances the ballpark game experience overall, what benefit they have for the team.

Slideball takes his camera to the ballpark on a lazy Sunday afternoon and explores the Bobblehead phenomenon.
Part 1 : Happy Donut is a great place to pick up a rare Giants bobblehead from previous season.
Part 2: If you fill out a stack of 300 All Star Ballots, you can get a free bobblehead. Should take about 30 minutes, but I spent an hour doing them over lunch.
Part 3: The Giants have a display of bobbleheads on the Club level, right behind home plate, section 215.

This is how I store and display my Giants Bobblehead collection using a cherry wood barrister bookcase. Can be found for about $150 at Walmart

This is a general discussion about how to trade bobbleheads to grow your collection without spending a lot of money.
It focuses on doing your value appraisal homework to find out which bobbleheads are a good investment for trading
upwards using the proven technique of buy low and sell high.
Always trade safe, meet in public in the day time, and never meet at someone's house, especially not your own.
Be open, fair, and honest. Nobody likes being swindled.
As long as both of you can walk away without any regret and get what you wanted in return, it's a good trade.

So What is My Giants Bobblehead Worth?
This is a system that I developed to determine how much my bobbleheads are worth for the purpose of buying, selling, and trading them.
This way, I know if a trade is worth making and if someone is offering me equal value in return.
My goal in sharing this system is to ensure that everyone can build up their bobblehead collection fairly without getting swindled in the process.
To use it, just grab a piece of paper and answer the questions below about your bobblehead.
If you don't know what year it was made or how many were given away, please consult my list of SGA Giants Bobbleheads.
Good luck!

However, please note that this system only works for SGA bobbleheads, as the retail store ones have limited demand and were high in supply.
