This a DIY video on how to properly protect a bobblehead when you have to ship it through the mail.

Knowing that the mailman is likely to drop your precious package, there are some things you can do

to help your item survive journey from here to there.

1) Wrap the neck with bubblewrap so it doesn't bobble.

2) Use the inner foam core and secure any loose limbs

3) Load the bobblehead back into the box it came in

4) Fill any voids in the styrofoam with tissues, paper, or bubblewrap.

5) Load everything into a larger outer card board box.

6) Create 1-2 inches of cushioning to absorb any shock.

7) Use good quality packaging tape and seal all edges

8) Print out the mailing address in big font. (Tape it too)

9) Use tracking so you know it arrived

10) Pray that it gets there in one piece.

Lastly, take pictures so you have proof that the mailman broke it

and it was still good when you originally packaged it. Good Luck!
