I am the chairwoman of the Jane M. Klausman ZONTA AWARD for Luxembourg
Zonta International is an association that believes in gender equality. The Jane M. Klausman (JMK) Women in Business Scholarship program helps women pursue undergraduate and master's degrees in business management and overcome gender barriers from the classroom to the boardroom.
Zonta annually awards up to 32 scholarships of US$2,000 each at the district/region level, six international scholarships in the amount of US$8,000 each. There are four scholarships of 750 EURO each, awarded by local Luxembourgish clubs, that can be accumulated with the international and regional level scholarships.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Women of any age, pursuing a bachelor or master’s program in accounting, economics, finance, business management, marketing, operations management, human resources management, international business, or entrepreneurship in Luxembourg.
You must be enrolled at least the second year of an undergraduate program through the final year of a Master's program at the time the application is submitted.
Applicants must be in school at the time the scholarship funds are disbursed (October 2021) and must not graduate before December.

Deadline for submission 15 May 2021
1. Two recommendations letters from a faculty member in the major field of study, an employer, volunteer supervisor, or academic advisor. Recommendations letters shall include this page here.
2. An essay of 500 words or less that clearly describes your academic and professional goals, the relevance of your program to the business field, and how the Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarship will assist you in reaching your goals. The template of the letter is included in the application form.
3. List and include official detailed transcripts of grades or equivalent records for all universities, colleges or institutes attended with an explanation of the grading system for each transcript submitted.
Non-required documents will not be considered.
