This document is intended to serve as a limited, informational, guide and is provided to home owners as a source of simple reference. This document will be amended from time to time as service offerings change and does not in any way replace, alter, or amend any provision found in the Covenants of SGHOA. See the Covenants of SGHOA for complete details.

The Covenants of the Shepherd’s Grove Home Owners Association (SGHOA) is the master, authoritative document outlining the responsibilities of SGHOA and of home owners. The complete covenants currently consist of two documents:

• Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Shepherds Grove, December 2008, Shepherds Grove Homeowners Association, Inc. This document may be reviewed in the Rules Page section.

• First Amendment to Amend and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Shepherds Grove, September 2012. This document may be reviewed in the Rules Page section.

You should have received a copy of the complete SGHOA Covenants during the closing purchase transaction of your home. If you did not receive a copy, it can be printed from this website found in the Rules Page Section.
