An ACC application MUST be completed BEFORE ANY work can commence. The ACC has 30 days to respond to ACC applications once they contain all needed information/documents and have been submitted for review. Simple changes like plantings and door color are generally approved in less time. It is important to include a marked plot plan detailing your project. If you do not have a plot plan, the City of Greenwood can provide one. Simply call 317-887-5230 or email deerp@greenwood.in.gov and provide your community name, address, and lot number to request your plan.
Completed ACC applications are to be submitted to our Property Management company, Main Street Management via info@mainstreetmanagementllc.com. If you have questions about the application process, please contact Main Street Management at info@mainstreetmanagementllc.com or at 765-742-6390.
