SSCC Phi Theta Kappa Grows with Fall Inductees

TUSCALOOSA – The Shelton State Community College Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa continues to grow fast and strong thanks to record numbers in recent years at the fall induction ceremony held on Sunday, November 9. Guest speaker, Dean of Students Dr. Humphrey Lee, was the first to congratulate the students on their outstanding performances.

“To become a member of Phi Theta Kappa a student must possess the qualities of a leader and carry a 3.5 GPA. Phi Theta Kappa is the best of the best in the community college level, and with the inductees at Sunday’s ceremony we continue to succeed in tradition”, said PTK Public Relations Officer Rochelle Bidlofsky.
