Perspectives is a four piece installation series that began with an internet installation on YouTube. The following renditions of Perspectives involved an interior installation in the Art Underground of Fairbanks Hall, Oregon State University, later an exterior installation at the Fairbanks Hall Annex, and ending with an participation installation at The Drawing Board.
Each rendition of the project featured some section of a video documenting my walk from my home to the university. Specifically electing to emphasis the objects my autistic wandering eyes saw, the viewer gets to live my perspective of this event.
Perspectives, YouTube installation:
The first installation of Perspectives is still active and can be enjoyed by anyone, anywhere in the world. While this is the least personal of the installations, it is the most known. Sharing this piece is as a part of the experience as watching it.
Can you see what I see?
There are two major ways to view this video, two different perspectives about the experience of color, journeys, and celebrating the beauty of the ordinary.

Your Perspective, participation installation:
The only recordings of this installation are in the memories of those who partook in it. This piece was simply the invitation to look down the same orange tube I used to create the Perspectives films. The tube was "installed" at the Midnight Muse Volume 3 launch party at The Drawing Board, Corvallis OR on July, 14th, 2012. All of the previous installations of Perspectives were discussed and featured in Volume 3 of Midnight Muse Magazine; you can view the magazine online here for free.
