2021 Recipient
The 2021 Shasta Piping Society Pipe Scholarship has not been awarded due to a lack of suitable candidates.
Instead, awards of over 2,500GBP have been made to commission piobaireachds by modern composers and assist in the production of the Shasta Collection of Modern Piobaireachd that was published May 2021. The collection was edited by Karen McCrindle Warren and all proceeds are donated to the registered piping charity in Scotland: EPIC East Ayrshire Pipe Band Academy (https://www.epicea.scot/) Copies are available on Amazon at the following international links:
