Even after specifically telling him that we had no intention to use his services, Yuri seems to be unable to take "no" for an answer. Joseph has generally been able to find good employees without paying for job postings, and LaowaiCareer required a payment of 1,500 RMB for 3 jobs post. They don't do any kind of pre-filtering (which is where JingJobs's butler service really brings value).

You have to purchase a job posting (or a "credit"). Once you've purchased a credit, you'll be prompted to set up your institution profile. Teaching Nomad

Teaching Nomad does an initial screening of candidates and collection of essential documents. They we interview candidates to clarify both their experiences and their interests, so you can be sure that every candidate they send meets standards and has expressed interest in Shang Learning. For this service, we charge a one time fee per placement, and this fee is only paid by the school once the teacher starts their first day with the school.
We also offer a 3-month guarantee, meaning if the candidate starts and does not complete at least 3 months of the contract, Teaching Nomad will refund the placement fee or put it towards a future placement.

Gold Star TEFL Recruitment is based in Taipei, founded in 2009. They are focused in teacher recruitment, mainly in China, a bit in some other Asian countries. Shang would only paid for teachers that actually arrive at the school and start teaching. Teacher's don't pay anything. About 50% of applicants are from outside of China, 50% currently in China. Nearly all native English speakers. The timeline for a hire (from when we start working with Gold Star TEFL Recruitment until when they send us a resume) is less than 2 weeks, sometimes as quick as 24 hours. They do some light initial screening to make sure that a candidate meets our basic requirements.
JingJobs Butler Service
The price ranges from about 2000 up to about 5000, depending on the difficulty of finding candidates. JingJobs will help us so some initial filtering, and they will send us an agreed upon number of candidates (normally 5) who meet our requirements.
