Registration Steps

1. Before registering for a PDH certificate, please make sure that distance-education PDH certificates meet the requirements of your licensing / certification organization. 

2. Registration is done by our email: info@gis-training.com

3. Make payment

   • Online payment using PayPal (Credit Card): click secure Pay Here links above. Please type the course name on the payment page.

   • By mail: get a mailing address by sending us an email.  Mail check or money order payable to "A1 Applications, LLC" to that address.  

   • By app (Cash App, Venmo, etc.): Send us an email to get our ID.

4. Register: Email the following information

• Full name

• Organization

• Email address

• Job Title (optional)

• Address (optional)

• Phone (optional)

• Course name

• Payment Made (Yes / No)

• Payment amount 

• Payment Method: PayPal, check, money order, or app

• Payment Date

• A screenshot of the online payment confirmation page or photo of the check.

5. Receive the digital course book PDF file by email (if applicable). 

6. Submit quiz: If you need a PDH certificate, submit the course book quiz answers by email.  A certificate will be emailed upon passing the quiz (75% correct answers).

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation request must be made in writing by email. 

Distance Education Courses:  We will refund (1) 90% of course fee if we have not emailed the course book (2) 10% of course fee if we have emailed the course book (3) No refunds if you have submitted the quiz or if a PDH certificate has been emailed. 

Instructed-led Classes: We have limited seats which will be reserved on a first come basis.  If you are registering in the last week, please contact us before sending payment to make sure seats are still available.  If the class is full, we will return your payment or issue credit for another course.  If you cancel 7 business days or less prior to the class start date, no refund will be issued.  Refunds before 7 business days will deduct a 25% per week cancellation penalty.  For example, cancellations 8-14 business days prior to the class start date will get a 75% refund. No refunds will be issued for no shows. If we must cancel a seminar due to insufficient enrollment, your registration fee will be refunded or credited for another course.
