This page is for ordering courses and products (books, presentations, etc.) listed on our website.

Instructions

Ordering is easy as 1-2-3.  Follow the 3-steps below.

Step 1: Browse our Product Catalog for item description and price.  

Step 2: Pay using one of the following methods

1. PayPal: secure payments using a debit/credit card. 

• Paypal (used secure "Pay Here" link on course pages)

• Paypal (used browser: Example > for a $200 payment use http://paypal.me/samshamsi/200)

• Paypal payment to @samshamsi

2. Payment Apps

• CashApp payment to $UzairShamsi

• Venmo payment to @SAM-SHAMSI

3. Mail a check payable to "A1 Applications" to 8339 Hilltop Circle Dr, Imperial, PA 15126, USA

Step 3: Submit payment information and your information (email address, shipping address, etc.) using the Order Page here.

Notes

• Books: free shipping by USPS media mail (3-5 day service) to lower 48 states only. Sorry, we do not ship outside the United States.

• For some self-study courses, material will be emailed  (not shipped).

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation request must be made in writing by email to info@gis-training.com 

Video Courses:  We will refund or credit (for other courses or producs) 90% of course fee if we have not shared the video files.  No refunds if we have shared the video files or if a PDH certificate has been emailed.  No refunds if you have submitted the quiz. 

Distance Education Courses:  We will refund or credit (for other courses or producs) (1) 90% of course fee if we have not emailed the course book (2) 10% of course fee if we have emailed the course book (3) No refunds if you have submitted the quiz or if a PDH certificate has been emailed. 

Instructed-led Classes: We have limited seats which will be reserved on a first come basis.  If you are registering in the last week, please contact us before sending payment to make sure seats are still available.  If the class is full, we will refund your payment or issue credit for another course.  If you cancel 7 business days or less prior to the class start date, no refund will be issued.  Refunds before 7 business days will deduct a 25% per week cancellation penalty.  For example, cancellations 8-14 business days prior to the class start date will get a 75% refund. No refunds will be issued for no shows. If we must cancel a seminar due to insufficient enrollment, your registration fee will be refunded or credited for another course.
