10 oz. spinach, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 T dried chervil
5 eggs
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 t ginger
1/2 t salt
9" pie crust
In a bowl beat together the eggs. Add the spinach, parsley, chervil, shredded cheese, ginger and salt. Stir gently. Fill piecrust with the mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
