Location with preferences

1) The Simple Plant Location Problem with Order (SPLPO).

The classical Simple Plant Location Problem is more realistic when the preferences of the customers are taken into account, that is, we allow each customer to be served from its most attractive open facility. This problem is studied in (Cánovas et al. 2007). Some valid inequalities are provided and, after an initial pre-processing, the problem is solved with the XPRESS-MP solver (version 15.25.03).
