I am an experienced, warm and caring therapist and published author who specializes in compassion focused therapy. In my psychotherapy practice, I work with adults, teens and couples wishing for more satisfaction and joy. Although much of the focus is rooted in compassion-based psychotherapy, I have been trained in and use a variety of modalities* to best support each of my clients. In our work together, I help clients to be more mindful of their experience while building a stronger sense of self through acceptance and non-judgment. In finding compassion for your own experience, you will better hold compassion for others; ultimately increasing Interpersonal Effectiveness and decreasing Addictive Behaviors, Anxiety, Depression and the effects that can follow any Traumatic Experience including Grief.
