Pursuant to Article XI (A) of the Condominium Declaration, the Association has the right of first refusal to purchase any unit offered for sale to a third person. Accordingly, prior to any sale the unit owner first should obtain a waiver of this right from the Association or the transfer could be declared null and void. Further, prior to the sale of a Unit, a completed Purchase/Rental Application form and the application fee must be given to the Board. The Application will include the name and address of the proposed buyer(s) and such other information as the Board may require. A prospective purchaser should be familiar with the requirements as set out in Article XI of the Condo Declaration.
